SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to provide support for an O&M contract in Doha, Qatar.
Essential Job Duties
- Manage procurement and purchasing functions for the program.
- Manage subcontracts supporting the program.
- Ensure critical services, parts, supplies, materials, and equipment are available to support the program.
- Utilize government compliant procurement procedures and best industry practices for purchasing actions.
- Manage vendor service agreements, purchase orders, and BPAs.
- Maintain robust supply chain across all classes of supply.
- Supervise local buyers.
- Interface with corporate procurement department for support and guidance.
- Prepare reports and contract deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree. Associate’s degree and 10 years of experience may be substituted.
- 8 years of experience providing procurement support with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer overseas.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Proficient written and verbal communicator.
- Familiarity with Costpoint procurement functions.
- Familiarity with the Maximo asset management system.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Work Environment
- Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
- Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
- Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
