Supervisor II – Broking

Drafts communications and ensures that appropriate messages are being sent by the representatives to the clients.

Trains, mentors and oversees performance management for more senior support level employees, graduate program trainees, and junior level brokers, coordinates workload of team members and ensures team is appropriately staffed to meet client needs.

May manage a book of business working independently and with minimal supervision to analyze risks and assist with developing solutions for client’s needs.

Supports and assists in the design, development, and marketing of new brokerage products and programs to win new projects.

Utilizes knowledge of industry, markets, and clients to assist Broker with all aspects of policy management, proposal preparation and presentation creation.

Collaborates with the Broker to resolve issues regarding coverage questions and program adjustments.

Maintains a complete understanding of all major classes of services the Company offers.

Builds and maintains ongoing relationships with the team colleagues to effectively serve clients.

Provides guidance as necessary to address and resolve complex billing problems.

May assess contract documents and bond forms, as well as banking terms and conditions.

May assess and explain for the Client the terms and conditions of General Agreement of Indemnity required to be executed by Clients to support all surety transactions.

May assess financial statements for all industries with specific knowledge of each industries unique financial metrics.
