Role Summary:

To build and maintain strong business partnerships with key stakeholders/Payers to ensure the success of implementing full access strategies of the company’s portfolio in terms of indication, positioning, accessibility of the product and maximize short- and long-term business plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify access gap for near to launch and current products as part of life cycle management (reimbursement and/or payor limitation, government budget allocation, major Health Care institution priorities).
  • Working with internal/external stakeholders to ensure full accessibility for Janssen products in all accounts as per the planned timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong business partnerships with key stakeholders in all accounts at area level.
  • Maximize Janssen numbers in all tenders & protecting our position Vs competitors or generics.
  • Ensure deliveries to the CMS on timely basis, close monitoring of the demand and supply.
  • Design a strategic clear account action plan with BU alignment by applying the strategic partnership planning approach.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels at the account’s levels with reasonable expiry dates.
  • Have full coverage of the assigned territory in KSA (HCPs, purchasers, PTC committee and all other stakeholders)
  • Drive the formulary inclusion in the assigned account to accelerate the access and reimbursement of the medication.
  • Coding creation /Renewal and tender management.
  • Liaise between sales, local agent & CMS through attending cross functional meetings and ensure the alignments on executing the strategies.
  • Ensure the implementation of the tactical marketing plans are in line with the local business strategy and meet agreed budget.
  • Conduct the planned activities linked to the brand value propositions on timely basis to accelerate the medication’s access and reimbursement.
  • Continuous follow up and providing feedback to BULs.
  • Liaise with sales, medico-marketing & Market access teams to develop tactical plans.
  • Have excellent visibility on competitor’s activities and updating Business Units with the market insights.
  • Being on top of business (budget restrictions, price reduction pressure and market dynamics)
  • Involve Sales, medico marketing & Market access teams as early as possible when facing market challenges/Dynamics.
  • Frequently update the stakeholders’ mapping for the formulary inclusion.
  • Protect the product position on the formulary.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

  • Life Sciences or business-related bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience, as a Key Account Manager with proven cross-functional leadership without authority.
  • Due to the nature of the role, an Experience in Immunology /OH/ CNS will be considered as an advantage.
  • Strong in building bridges and alliances across functional and regional boundaries to deliver value.
  • Fluency in English language is required.
