Sr. Specification Specialist

As a Sr. Specification Specialist, you will be responsible to drive Jotun’s success through Decorative Specifications. Utilize the Single Source Solution (SSS) concept to promote products, engage top specifiers, architects, and consultants for project acquisition, market share growth, and profitable sales. Foster key relationships to enhance Jotun’s presence, ensuring successful approvals and increased profitability.

 

 

Responsibilities:

Promote Jotun’s innovative solutions to achieve targeted specification/approval rates among architects and clients.

Assist the Sales team in securing approvals for Jotun products in assigned country projects by providing Specifications, Technical and commercial information.

Maintain an updated database of construction projects and architects in Saudi Arabia.

Identify and influence decision makers in assigned countries to ensure Jotun specifications are approved and secure projects for business benefit.

Monitor construction and paint industry market status, using data to promote and implement Jotun products for market leadership.

Support sales team in achieving targets by securing Jotun approvals and updating on project activities for successful sales completion.

Increase Jotun’s visibility and maximize sales through architect channels by conducting training sessions and maintaining relationships with specifiers.

Establish and strengthen relationships with consultants, architects, and designers to enhance Jotun’s specification approvals through regular visits and presentations.

We Look for:

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Sales and Marketing, Interior design or Architecture.

3 – 5 years of experience in Specification, Projects Sales from building & construction industry.

Fluent in English & Arabic.

 

Location: Riyadh – Saudi Arabia.
