Sr. Specialist, RW II

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure a high level of service and goods are provided in line with the organization objectives and requirements.
2. Identify, pre-qualify, and evaluate potential vendors to ensure all vendors meet the organization’s requirements for quality, cost, and timely delivery.
3. Manage and maintain supplier relationships.
4. Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of service and materials.
5. Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to inform decision making and ensure competitiveness and fairness =.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities support overall organizational strategies and objectives.
7. Ensure full compliance of procurements activities in alignment with established government guidelines and Company policies and procedures.
8. Handling Claims and conflicts. 
9. Prepare Estimation and cost comparison.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 

Experience:

 5 years relevant experience
