Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the sale of automotive accessories
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure that customer needs are met by providing expert advice and resolving issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers
  • Supervise and train sales staff members to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitor activities to provide competitive advantages
  • Ensure that all merchandise is displayed properly and that prices are accurate
  • Develop and maintain inventory management procedures and oversee inventory levels
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in sale, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer issues
  • Knowledge of automotive accessories and the automotive industry
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
