Department MARKETING ANALYSIS & PLANNING Primary purpose of job Leading and working on the analytical, planning and performance assessment tasks as required in the Marketing directorate. The role also involves some aspects of budget controls, market forecast, strategic planning, corporate governance. The tasks primarily focus on the markets for petroleum, petrochemical and polymer products. Experience & Skills • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a technical, or commercial role within the oil and gas, petroleum, oil refining, or petrochemicals industries. • Preferably has an understanding of the market trends, key participants, long-term growth drivers and challenges of the above stated industries. • Demonstrated abilities in economic analyses, financial assessments, project investment analyses. • Ability to work independently, and a strong sense of ownership for delivering high-quality reports, presentations and documents. Education A degree in engineering (preferably Chemical engineering), or economics, or computational science.
