Primary Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, overtime, and deductions etc.
 - Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
 - Ensure compliance local payroll laws and KSA Labor Law & regulations.
 - Manage payroll taxes and ensure timely filing and payment in coordination with Accounts & HR.
 - Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll/overtime issues and resolve discrepancies.
 - Prepare and submit payroll reports, and salary deposit statements to Line Manager/Management.
 - Coordinate with HR to ensure proper employee data management, including new hires, promotions, terminations, Leave or Final settlement (ESOB) and changes in payroll status.
 - Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.
 - Assist with audits and provide documentation as required.
 - Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
 - Any other task assigned by Line Manager
 
Education/Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance or Human Resources or equivalent field.
Experience Required:
3 to 4 years’ experience in managing full payroll process for work force of 400+ employees.
Key Competencies & Skills:
- Proficiency with payroll software preferably ADP or (Paychex, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
 - Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
 - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
 - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English & Arabic).
 
Certification such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is a plus.
