Special Project Manager

KEY RESULT AREAS:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
• To manage multiple projects offered within the maintenance Contract.
• To continuously communicate with operations team to coordinate and align with the project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure clear communication between all parties involved
• Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal use of team members and materials.
• Oversee the procurement of necessary resources and tools.
• Align project goals with organizational strategy and objectives
• Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
• Comply with the responsibilities assigned in the processes in general and in the systems implemented at CAF and in the business in which it carries out its activity in terms of Product Quality and Safety, Occupational Risk Prevention and the Environment according to the role performed at all times.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong relevant experience of 5 to 6 years needed
• Knowledge of the H&S System
