Job Description

Job Responsibilities

To delegate work duties, make schedule and handle personnel issues.

Have initiative and be creative in making special offers, if necessary.

To fully understand all company Policies & Procedures.

To ensure the entire staff enjoys their working environment.

To support and attend all training programs requested from head office.

Main Daily Duties

  1. Check opening procedure details for morning shift and closing procedure detail for evening shift by using
  2. To check all maintenance in the spa locations, make work order if necessary and inform to Spa Manager / Spa Director for further follow
  3. Check reservation book and co-ordinate effective break times for rest, lunch and
  4. To make sure the areas look clean and
  5. In charge as a Receptionist if necessary in emergencies, such as:
    1. Answer any call within three rings and make sure to hold the first call if another call come in white alone
    2. To answer all guest questions regarding spa offerings, appointment availability, length and cost of treatmen
    3. To schedule appointment in such a way that staff is available to handle all bookings or work with other spas to have staff sent in for assistance
    4. To politely confirm name, treatment appointment time, and cancellation policy to all guests before ending phone conversations.
  6. Interact with guest, including but not limited:
    1. Dealing with guest complaints.
    2. Conducting spa tours.
    3. Assisting spa promotions.
    4. Assisting journalist and photo shoots.
    5. Assisting with travel agent site inspections.
    6. To ensure the up selling of treatments and retail in the spa.

Main Weekly Duties

To assist Spa Manager/Spa Director in handling production and retail weekly inventory order.

To assist in the report preparation, including:

  1. Staff attendance: sick leave, holidays, vacations, paid holidays, pregnancy leave, etc.
  2. Guest comments.
  3. Petty cash report and meal coupon.
  4. Weekly report.

Main Monthly Duties

To assist in the report preparations, including: monthly report, retail inventory, FF & E inventory every 3(three) months.

To perform all related job tasks as requested by the company.
