During your tenure as a Manager in Technology Strategy & Transformation you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

 

 

  • · Proven experience in hotel operations and functions
  • ·End-to-end understanding and hotel management systems; front, mid, and back office
  • ·       In-depth knowledge and Expertise in PMS, Payments, Loyalty Management, Revenue Management, B2B Sales, Business intelligence, Event, HR, Finance, and all the core modules
  • ·       Solution Design experience in futuristic hotel management systems, ERP
  • ·       Understanding and solution design expertise of new-gen technologies and their importance in the hospitality sector

Qualifications:

 

·       An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering, MBA or a relevant Master’s degree or certificate is a plus

 

  • ·       At least 6 to 8 years of experience in a Management Consulting Firm. Experience in Big Four companies is a plus
  • ·       Ability to apply knowledge of structure, functions, and procedures in solving organizational problems and to develop methods for implementing prescribed systems with the capability to predict the effect of changes recommended or instituted.

Competencies required in one or more of the following areas: Solution Architecture, Leading Technology Transformations, Strategy

Industry expertise in the Hospitality Sector with proven experience in delivering Solution design architecture design

·       Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Arabic will be an added advantage

·       Willing to work hours as needed to meet client deadlines and firm needs.

·       Strong proficiency in basic PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) with a general understanding of data analysis techniques

·       Certifications in related methodologies including PMP, TOGAF, Zachman, Lean, Six Sigma, BPR techniques and implementation methodologies

·       Ability to think strategically and assist in the organization and management of a multi-disciplinary team; ability to sell additional services to clients

·       Ability to conduct extensive research

·       Full mobility travel
