Responsibilities will include:
- Handle enquiries, requests and concerns in an efficient and professional manner
- Coordinate travel, vehicle and accommodation requirements for Jacobs site staff
- Inform, remind and update site personnel regarding rules and regulations
- Maintain current and efficient filing system for safety, quality and other site-based documentation
- Manage office supplies and orders
- Prepare minutes of meetings
- Manage document control and correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Support other site-based Jacobs staff with coordination of work, regular reporting, preparation of documentation and liaison with Jacobs offices.

About you
Key requirements for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in site administration or project support roles, preferably in the energy or construction industry.
- Significant experience in a site administrative role supporting senior managers preferably in a construction environment
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
- Strong computer proficiency in all Microsoft Office
- Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and tasks and adhere to strict deadlines
