Job Description:

• Manage and Maintain site document control activities. 
• Received, issued, log, update and keep of all the project related documentations 
Drawing… etc. 
• Day to day liaison with construction team to ensure efficient and effective control 
of all project documentation.     
• Controlling and managing projects documents from Contractor. 
• Update projects matrix (DDM) work requirements. 
• Manage and Maintain site document control activities. 
• Preparing weekly and monthly review documents status. 
• Receive, distribution, documents/drawings through EDMS. 
• Maintenance site document registers. 

• Ensuring all documents Management in Line with OQ document numbering 
Procedure. 

Required candidate with minimum 6 years of experience in Oil& Gas holding a college Diploma or any related certificate
