2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
Implement, optimise and coordinate Ma’aden’s Performance Management process and procedures to ensure that employees’ activities and outcomes are congruent with the organisation’s objectives (ensure PM entails those activities and outcomes that will result in Ma’aden successfully implementing the strategy).

* Design, standardise and ensure consistent application of performance management throughout Ma’aden (process, quality, cycles, reporting)
* Coordinate and assist to manage Ma’aden’s IPMS process and cycle (ensuring timely and effective delivery)
* In collaboration with Strategy & Development, assist to cascade Ma’aden’s strategy throughout the organisation and assist to ensure PM design and execution drives performance aligned to respective business plans (e.g. including core strategic competencies/KPAs into PM, etc)
* Support and enable integration between PM and L&D
* Identify and implement change initiatives building and driving Ma’aden’s high performance culture
* Identify and implement (in collaboration with L&D) programs building and enhancing manager’s capabilities managing performance (e.g. conducting difficult conversations, effective performance dialogues, etc)
* Support and promote digitalisation within PM
* Actively contribute to develop, implement and manage – in collaboration with Snr Director OE – people analytics metrics that drives performance and enable real time data driven strategic business decisions
