Strategy
1. Optimize this setup by either reducing costs through fleet & service management (OPEX savings) or increasing revenue via commercial improvements.
2. Suggest and study new efficient ways to serve the customers, while acknowledging the current state of the market and competition.
3. Develop business knowledge,  acumen & visibility to conduct quick and accurate studies, react to market opportunities or even develop new partnerships, providing a high level of details on operational costs, commercial developments, market shares
4. Develop business plans to identify possibilities for growth, potential roadblocks, threats from the competition, and strategy to achieve targets.
5. Conduct regular status, strategy and business review meetings with customer’s senior management to understand their needs, respond to their requests, and curate offerings tailored to client’s current and future requirements

Business Intelligence
6. Develop and implement a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
7. Analyze the current setup of the lines and understand how they address the market and interact with each other.
8. Develop new analytical and reporting tools and KPIs for fleet management, company’s market share, commercial performance, etc.
9. Oversee the acquisition, integration, and validation of data from various sources.
10. Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing effective data governance practices.
11. Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure and storage
12. Drive the creation of insightful reports and dashboards that provide meaningful business intelligence.
13. Conduct thorough analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
14. Communicate findings to key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
15. Evaluate and select appropriate BI tools and technologies.
16. Lead the implementation of BI solutions, ensuring they meet user requirements and are scalable

Problem Solving
17. Liaise with Customer Solutions Team to generate monthly report of service failures and root causes 
18. Work closely with relevant internal teams to reduce order cycle times and improve fill rates while controlling the cost of serving customers
19. Represent the Company and demonstrate strong competence in forums, conferences, and networking with stakeholders and influencer.
20. Ensure operational performance issues and financial disputes are resolved and dealt with to maintain highest service level and ensure customer financial performance is maintained.  

Other
21. Implement and maintain within their area of responsibility and accountability, compliance to all Milaha Health & Safety, Security, Environment and Quality policies, manuals, procedures, laws, regulations and standards.
22. Actively contribute and participate in Milaha Health & Safety, Security, Environment and Quality consultations, training and initiatives.

Business Development & Key Accounts / Stakeholder Management
23. Take charge of the internal and some external communication/marketing related to the shipping division.
24. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers to ensure high level of satisfaction that translates to increase in commercial opportunities for the Company
25 Partner with Business Units and Departments across Milaha to serve as the effective link of communication between the key customers and the Company
26. Accompany Management in customer visits to build & strengthen relations with clients
27. Collaborate with Customer Solutions and other relevant teams to develop innovative solutions, and maximize the value our customers derive from our products and services
25. Establish a portfolio of key customers by identifying target accounts, mapping opportunities, closing deals, managing accounts, and turning them to profitable long-term clients; Land clients and expand into new areas, i.e., customers and industries.

Educational & Professional Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s  
•Master’s degree

Professional Experience:
8-10 Yrs./ or deep competitor market knowledge & expert in Power Query, Python, et

Geographical Experience:
N/A

Computer & Language Skills:
Power Query, Python, SQL, VBA, Application Programming Interfaces

Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
Strong leadership/project management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
