We are looking for a Senior Scheduling/Planning Engineer, Senior Cost Budget Controller to work in our PMS project in Khafji in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role is accountable for the management of the project controls team deployed on various projects. Project control support is given to Project Management team who acts on behalf of the client (Khafji Joint Operations, KJO) and delivers the program of projects.
The role will also be involved in review of early-stage deliverables (FEL1 and FEL2), as far as cost, schedule and risk is concerned, produced by KJO front end development department.
Knowledge / Experience (Skills):
- At least fourteen (14) years of experience of which at least ten (10) years in direct involvement in project management, planning, scheduling, cost estimation, cost and budget control, procurement tracking and monitoring / forecasting of engineering and construction activities for major oil and gas projects.
- PMC experience at similar role for at least several years is preferable.
- Working knowledge of various contracting types and strategies related to project execution.
- Prior experience in schedule and cost benchmarking of oil and gas upstream projects.
- Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient. Working knowledge of Primavera P6 package.
Qualifications:
- An engineering, construction, or project management degree.
