This role is passionate about Emerson signature brand AMSâ„¢, offering a comprehensive line of vibration measurement instrumentation, software, analyzers and systems which are used in a wide range of industries such as refineries, chemical & petrochemical, power plants, metal & mining and other process facilities
 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Reliability Solutions sales plan for assigned accounts of western region, Middle East and Africa, including vibration monitoring systems & solutions, wireless systems, portable instruments, asset and machinery manager software, lifecycle services & trainings.
  • Meet or exceed the financial goals for the assigned accounts/sites. Manage opportunity funnel and submit monthly and yearly order forecast.
  • Identify, qualify, and lead new opportunities till closure.
  • Demonstrate and present reliability solutions to customers and follow through to ensure customer technical queries are addressed.
  • Drive sales by directly working with local sales channels using a Win/Win approach.
  • Know Emerson opportunity identification to sales process, make basic quotation independently, work & support SYSS and (X-BU) teams for joint sales opportunities and track the progress.
  • Review and provide input/feedback on all proposals generated by the proposal team, collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to build the best suited technical solution for customers.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and manage resolutions to specific customer needs and issues.
  • Add value to the customer’s business and maintain a goal-oriented approach to the business partnership.
  • Organize customer’s events to promote Emerson products. Support marketing programs, strategies, and new product promotion.
     

Who You Are?

  • Have basic knowledge of sales and account management.
  • Engineering background with exposure to vibration monitoring technologies.
  • Understanding of IIOT solution for plant asset monitoring.
     

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electronics or instrumentation engineering)
  • 3 – 5 years of direct sales experience
  • Considering wide customer base spread across the region, this role will involve 50%-60% of travel time.

     

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Specific certifications for Rotating Equipment Machinery Analysis tools and software
  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential
