We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Senior Sales & Data Analyst at our office.

Role & Responsibilities include:

· Researches and evaluates current economic conditions that may affect the organization’s ability to sell its products or services in the marketplace

· Collaborate with management & other department heads to develop sales forecasts and plans based on historical data, market trends, and customer demand.

· Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets and KPIs, providing recommendations for corrective actions as needed.

· Preparing Daily/Monthly/Quarterly Sales Reports as Required by Management

· Tracking Daily Route-wise Sales and Collection Performances

· Performing Monthly Sales Reconciliation Exercises and Cleaning up Raw Data Extracts

· Maintaining Databases Used to Power All Management Reports

· Producing Weekly Focused Reports (Including Follow-ups) Highlighting Key Improvement Areas

· Preparing Sales/Logistics/Production Reports on an Ad-hoc Basis as Required by Management

· Monitoring Stock Movement and Red Flagging Potential Problematic Areas

· Performing Deep Dive Analysis into Year-to-Date (YTD) Sales Growth

· Handling All Products and Customer Databases

· Providing Error Handling Support to the IT and Finance Teams

· Maintaining and Updating Seller Price Books

· Will be directly reporting to the management

· Train all new hires in sales & data analyzing processes and procedures.

· Present data analysis, conclusions, and ideas for next steps

· Evaluate new and existing sales tools for effectiveness and improvement

Skill Requirements:

· 4 – 5 Years of proven experience in sales analysis or business analytics, preferably in the FMCG industry.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration etc.

· 2 – 5 years of experience in an analytical role; ideally in sales or marketing.

· Familiarity with sales forecasting techniques, market research methodologies, and statistical analysis.

· High proficiency in MS Excel and related functions (Pivot tables, Power Query knowledge is a must)

· Knowledge in VBA coding

· Fluent in designing relationships and reports in PowerBI

· Keen eye for automating processes

· Possessing good project management skills and proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
