About the Role:

To implement effective cold chain system in his assigned area by taking up full accountability of depot cold store maintenance, carrying out repair & maintenance of shop fridges (in the market & depot premises) and by effectively mentoring and leading his team to achieve the department set objectives.
 

Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:

  • Hold a 2 years Diploma in refrigeration technology or B Tech / engineering degree.
  • 4-6 years supervisory experience in refrigeration department and managerial experience in mid-size companies in GCC.
  • Technical knowledge in refrigeration.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Coaching/ team development.
  • Problem solving & decision making.
  • Self-motivated and creative.
