Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct various types of testing, including functional, non-functional, usability, regression testing and performance testing.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs and defects in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with development teams to resolve defects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Analyze test results and identify trends to proactively identify and mitigate potential quality risks.
  • Be aware of and advocate for the use of automated testing frameworks and tools to improve test coverage and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest QA methodologies and tools, and recommend improvements to our QA processes.
  • Create and maintain clear and accurate test documentation.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback on quality aspects.
  • May mentor junior QA team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a QA Analyst role.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with various QA methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Selenium, Jira, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience in e-commerce & apps is a plus.
