Responsibilities:
- Safety – Responsible for personal safety and safe working practices within IT Services Projects. Understand and follow Worley procedures.
- Assists projects in the generation of project documentation including consolidating information, canvassing related data sources, and compiling documents as required.
- Ensure activities comply with legal, professional, and ethical standards.
- Assist in the coordination of project activities as requested by Project Managers.
- Organise external workshops and meetings as required for projects.
Qualifications:
- Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: Degree in Business Administration or relevant.
- Job Specific Knowledge: Previous experience in a project administration or cost administration role.
- HSE Capability: Demonstrated alignment with the WorleyParsons OneWay Vision.
- IT Skills: Proficiency with MS environment communication packages (Office, SharePoint, Exchange).
- People Skills: Good written, oral, and presentation communication skills, Ability to work as a team member towards a goal, Good interpersonal skills.
- Other: Demonstrate ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
- Position Significance Relative to Total Organization: Has shared responsibility for project outcomes that contribute to the organization.
