As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Deel’s Platform, you will lead the marketing efforts for Deel’s platform solutions, working closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and customer success for our platform offerings.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defines and communicates the unique value proposition and positioning for Deel’s platform offerings, including Deel AI, Compliance, and managed HR services
  • Translates and articulates technology platform messages (i.e., administration, security, integration, etc.)
  • Develops sales tools including sales scripts, presentations, and demonstration scripts and can effectively communicate solution benefits with internal sales teams and channel partners
  • Supports marketing programs, campaigns and additional assets with content and messaging to drive demand
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and communication plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (paid/events/local marketing/content/social and more) to ensure successful ongoing market presence and revenue growth.
  • Leverage customer feedback to enhance product messaging and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and continuously optimize marketing strategies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in b2b product marketing, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with HR/payroll/industry-specific software is a plus
