The role of Senior Information Security Analyst is an advanced level role and has the responsibility to design and implement security systems to protect NTT’s computer networks from cyber-attacks, and to help set and maintain security standards. This role is required to monitor NTT’s computer networks for security issues, install security software, and document any security issues or breaches found. This role is responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, and management of information security measures to safeguard NTT’s digital assets and systems. This role contributes to maintaining a secure and compliant environment. This role executes on the direction of their direct supervisor and can provide mentorship to other staff members.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and implement Network and Infrastructure solutions for Operational Technology (OT) Systems. Monitor infrastructure efficiency and apply preventive or corrective actions to avoid operational service interruptions.

  • Develop and maintain the OT databases either OEM or proprietary. Monitor databases’ efficiency and apply preventive or corrective actions to avoid operational service interruptions.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity, OT and IT teams to ensure a secure and reliable OT networking infrastructure.
  • Configure and maintain the OT network devices and firewall systems.
  • Coordinate the Incident Management, response, and recovery efforts when a data or security breach occurs.
  • Provide technical support for Level-1/Level-2 servers and computers, including operating systems and applications, patch management, anti-malware, and Information Security and/or Cybersecurity best practices.
  • Perform troubleshooting when OT infrastructure has an abnormal service interruption or failure. Execute root cause analysis and apply correction fixes according to problem diagnosis.
  • Advise the Level-1 and Level-2 Functional and IT Infrastructure Areas on the design, implementation, and maintenance of effective OT controls.
  • Provide input for Maintenance Division Head for policies, standards, processes and procedures based on business requirements, risk tolerance, and industry best practices.
  • Participate actively in the Level-1 and Level-2 projects providing the OT Infrastructure support when required.
  • Supervise and train staff on OT security best practices to ensure compliance with company and external policies.
  • Define and implement new technologies to improve, enhance, and efficiently execute the daily OT monitoring and control activities.
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify potential OT security threats and vulnerabilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

 

Education, Skills, & Work Experience:

      

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ITIL certification (desirable).
  • 3-4 years or more experience in Computer Networks, Client-Server systems maintenance, Servers/Networking Configuration, Database Management and Operative Systems.
  • Experience on Vmware vSphere Essential.
  • Experience on Solar wind Security Event.
  • Experience on Desktop Central Perpetual.
  • Experience on Symantec Endpoint Protection.
  • Experience on Windows Server 2019 is mandatory.
  • Experience and knowledge on Infrastructure monitoring tools.
  • Experience in OT or manufacturing environment/automation (desirable)
  • Ability to work autonomously in a troubleshooting role and solve complex problems.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to present complex or highly technical issues in simple and easy-to-understand formats.
  • Results driven and self-motivated.
  • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • CCNA or equivalent.
  • ISA/IEC 62443 certificates or GICSP.
  • CEH or equivalent.
  • GIAC-GRID is a plus.
  • Security vendor certifications is a plus.
  • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience
