Senior Material Supervisor

Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of material processing plants to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
2. Monitor production schedules, workflow, and capacity to meet production targets
3. Oversees all works are carried out in line with approve method statements.
4. Creates schedules to ensure that coverage for possible machines & electric’s breakdowns is maintained at all times.
5. Oversees all crusher plants, screening plants, quarrying activities in the company.
6. Ability to make decisions under pressure and maintain a positive work environment.
7. In-depth understanding of material processing techniques, equipment, and technology.
8. Day to day management of people within the team – inc. ER, Recruitment, timesheet submittal, holiday requests etc.
9. Ensure that all employees are following company and federal safety guidelines.Work as part of a team & contribute towards successful communication & positive.

Qualification

Qualification & Skills:

1. Diploma/bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
2. 15-20 years’ experience/knowledge of working in similar roles.
3. Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills.
4. Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
5. Able to manage projects simultaneously without compromising on standards and quality.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
