You will work as part of the Senior Construction Delivery Team, taking direction from Construction Lead and Project senior leadership team, providing guidance to wider team.
You will build relationships to manage and influence senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.  
You will build a strong working relationship with your clients, and support the construction lead in turning the client’s vision into a deliverable onsite plan.

You will provide technical expertise and support to Delivery Teams, creating a culture of ownership, promoting roles and responsibilities. 
You’ll be responsible: 
Manages team, partnering with Contracts Manager advising of team and resource management.
Manages workforce levels and site operations ensuring a competent team operating in a safe environment, shares resources and innovative ideas within the delivery community.
Manages project activities, managing daily / weekly activities, reporting to Contracts Manager and / or Operations Director, producing monthly delivery performance reports, ensures the collation and preparation of workforce timesheets.
Produces monthly progress reports including red flags and outstanding EWNs and/or RFIs, partnering with Commercial manager.
Collaborates with Principal Contractors Package managers, internal and external stakeholders to establish requirements, checking needs are in scope and adheres to change request process, monitoring changes to scope of programme.
Liaises with and builds key working relationships with Principal Contractors and Tier 1 suppliers, monitors and assesses needs and/or recommends suggestions for project benefit.
Provides daily and weekly activities, ensuring suppliers are conversant with delivery system, bookings and information are logged and processed correctly and issues appropriate notice to Trade Contractor.
Coordinates health safety, wellbeing and environmental requirements of packages aligned with Principal Contractors and client expectations.
Develops alternative methods of undertaking contractual scope of works, planning works and monitoring programme/s delivery, ensuring service quality provided, developing innovation of delivery service.
Manages the production of weekly progress summary of key activities, aligned to 6 weeks look ahead and/or planned percentage complete (ppc).
Manages the raising of request For Information (RFI) and Early Warning Notices (EWNs) or Work Request Sheets (WRS) as necessary, liaising with commercial manager.
Co-ordinate site cleaning operation, liaison with waste suppliers to agree waste collection schedules, monitoring and reporting waste trends, traffic flows and delivery quantities to increase productivity.
Complete asset registers for all Mace Logistics Plant & Equipment, recording losses or damages producing reports.
Completing weekly audits of hired equipment. Manages the site Health & Safety documentation ensuring statutory requirements are met, supporting the HSW manager.
You’ll need to have:
CSCS Accreditation – Black.
NVQ Level 3 Gold Card.
Site Manager’s Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or accepted equivalent qualification.
Microsoft Office – Word Excel and Powerpoint
First Aid at work Level 3.
You’ll also have:
Good communication across various levels of management.
Ability to lead & manage multi-cultural workforce.
Good presentation skills.
