You will:

Deliver complex, high-risk projects, prepare detailed project plan, coordinates project activities and deliver against the statements of work (SOW). Prepares, maintains and submits clear and concise activity progress reports and time recording/management reports to customers, management and sales

Ensures system-based project closure, controls financial compliance and provides input for weekly revenue forecast, and ultimately driving customer satisfaction in order to achieve exceptional customer experience

Ensure management awareness of potential issues or customer escalations and be the single point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement, ensuring transparency by regularly communicating project status to the project team and customer

Secure quality assurance, delivering projects to scope, budget and timeline as agreed with the customer. Build strong, dynamic relationships through communications with customers, management, sales and delivery personnel

Articulate the full value of Dell Solutions and Dell Services business benefits to customers, identifying future business opportunities. Guide the team during the project lifecycle and provide direction to project workstreams

Essential Requirements

6 to 8 years of professional experience

Proven ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Strong technical aptitude, with proficiency and knowledge of hardware, software and operating systems environments

Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability

Refined customer service, communication, problem solving, negotiating, planning and organizational skills

Desirable Requirements

Bachelors degree

Recognized project management certification
