As a Senior Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s strategic growth and success. Your guidance and expertise in managing key accounts will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and provide innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs.
You will report directly to our sales manager and you’ll work out of our Riyadh, KSA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company by driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships. By effectively managing key accounts and guiding your team, you will position the company for long-term success and establish it as a leader in the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide and oversee the strategic account management function, driving the development and execution of strategic account plans
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their business needs and provide innovative solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective account management and contract negotiations
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s market presence and drive long-term business growth

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth • Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
