Job Description
The School Secretary will be a highly resourceful team player, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient. The individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
The Successful candidate will possess:
- Preferably under husband/family sponsorship
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Secretary
- Fluent in English and speaking in Arabic is an advantage

- Possesses basic computer skills and knowledge of word processing programs.
- Is familiar with budget and publishing software such as Quicken and Adobe.
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task effectively.
- Works well with a variety of students, administrators, and parents.
- Possesses excellent telephone etiquette.
- Communicates clearly and effectively.
- Fluent in English both speaking and written
