Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, students, and parents in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, directing calls to the appropriate staff members as needed.
  • Manage the school’s front desk activities, including scheduling appointments, signing in visitors, and distributing visitor badges.
  • Assist with student attendance tracking and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate the distribution of mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
