Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, students, and parents in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, directing calls to the appropriate staff members as needed.
- Manage the school’s front desk activities, including scheduling appointments, signing in visitors, and distributing visitor badges.
- Assist with student attendance tracking and record-keeping.
- Coordinate the distribution of mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
