Saudi Arabia: Import/Export Coordinator

• Receive and Review all Information / Documents prior to Importation and Exportation of the Shipments
• Coordinate with Local Freight Forwarders the process of Import and Export for the shipments
• Comply with the Company and the Country Rules for Customs Clearance Procedures
• Generate Duties Analysis and Audit the Customs Declaration of importation/ exportation with the broker for all the shipments.
• Keep Record of all the Duties Paid in country
• Keep Record of all the Shipments Import / Export, from or to the Company
• Generate Weekly and Monthly Reports from the Tracking and Records for all the shipments, as per the requirements
• Have a Good Knowledge about Incoterms and Basic Knowledge about Customs Rules
• Review the Freight Forwarders Invoices and Submit them for payment
• Attend Meetings with Freight Forwarders, Customs and Ports – if needed
• Comply with H&P Trade Compliance Team Requirements
