About this opportunity

We are now looking for Sales Supervisor in Saudi Arabia – Jeddah, which produces aluminium beverage cans. The position reports directly to the Commercial Manager. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sale of Cans & Ends (when applicable) for the assigned customers.
  • Including preparing annual budget, pricing & contracts negotiation with Commercial Mgr.
  • Preparing new contracts’ drafts for NEW customers & renewal for old customers.
  • Managing customers’ pricing/costs/margin analysis with Commercial Manager.
  • Obtain customers’ monthly rolling forecasts followed by firmed P. Order vs call offs.
  • Supervise Proforma Invoices based on customer need/agreed pricing/production plan.
  • Updating customers pricing on ERP system (Super User) / communicate on monthly bases.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degrees in engineering (preferably Industrial) or Business administration. 3-4 years of experience as key account Manager and/or Sales & Business Development/customer service (preferably packaging industry).
  • Production planning experience & Communication skills internally & externally. Advanced Microsoft Excel/Power PI skills is a plus.
  • Data analytical skills is a plus. Experienced with ERP systems (JDE, SAP). Compliance of Business ethics & Health and safety procedures.
  • Fluent in English (both speaking & written).
