Jumeirah Muscat Bay Resort lies 15 minutes south of the city centre and 40 minutes from Seeb International Airport. The overall development will include a 1,200 square meters Talise Spa, a diving centre, a wide range of sports and leisure facilities, a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes and a kids club. The resort will also include conference and banquet facilities to cater for Oman’s growing attraction as a destination for conferences, meetings and large-scale events. About the role

An exciting role has arisen for a hard-working Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join the Sales & Marketing department at Jumeirah Muscat Bay Resort, the purpose of this job will be to assist the Director of Sales and Marketing and Marketing team in smooth functioning of the department. Learning about all functions of Sales and Marketing Department on Property. 

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

 Marketing & Communications

·        Assist with various marketing initiatives as required eg. Planning and coordination of Media FAM trips, press visits, site inspections, client events, photoshoots, influencer handling.

·        Social Media Channels: ensure comments and messages are responded to promptly and courteously. Plan social media content on a monthly/ quarterly basis and review with Marketing Manager or Director of Sales & Marketing 

·        Manage sales and marketing departmental requests for collateral and promotional items. Ensure all orders are delivered on deadline.

·        Manage the Sales & Marketing team site on Mercury & Yammer.

·        Assist in the process of drafting familiarization trips itinerary for both Sales & PR visits, coordinate with the GSOs or PR teams and Agencies to finalize the plan and the program. (i.e. booking rooms, complete forms, send itineraries with the assistance of the teams.)

·        Establishes and maintains professionally
