Position Overview:

As the Sales Manager – Cyber Security, your primary objective is to lead and drive the sales efforts for our cyber security solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and establish our company as a trusted provider of cyber security services and solutions. Your role encompasses identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive cyber security solutions that meet client needs and mitigate cyber risks effectively.

 Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To develop and proactively sell existing & new services & solutions into existing & new business/industry verticals related to Cyber security Cyber Security Practice including Network Operation Center and Security Operation Center.
  • To position new business opportunities and to secure IT Services & technology solutions (sales) for the company within the Qatar Market via professional face to face representation & company/solution offering presentations.
  • To support the Sales (go-to-market) business strategy, built & agreed with the Sales Director on clear sales execution plans & target revenue objectives.
  • To build strong business relationships within existing & new industry sector client & prospective accounts.
  • To progress new & identified targeted sales prospects into solution/services opportunities & revenues on a quarterly basis.
  • To work closely with the Sales Director & Sales Partner/Channel Manager to introduce new technology services & solutions that meet the niche needs of client projects.
  • To record & keep updated on a weekly basis all such revenue opportunities in the company’s salesforce (sales planning) system.
  • To meet on a weekly basis with the Sales Director to plan & monitor all of the above activities to support organizational meeting its clear annual growth goals & strategic objectives. There is significant creative opportunity within the role, collaborating with the customer and your colleagues.
  • Support the business development strategy, annual sales target & planning – to support organization Business Development go-to-market execution objectives.
  • To satisfy the highest standards of professional conduct, ethics and integrity in all dealings with employees, customers and partners.
  • Meet performance objectives in line with the company objectives and ensure that weekly review of the sales opportunities against target performance of the Business Development division are tracked and managed to meet personal sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director & internal Business Unit Management stakeholders (when directed/when necessary) to meet personal sales growth plans.
  • Ensure that personal Key Sales Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales are met and exceeded. To take proactive actions necessary to ensure that sales targets are met.
  • Work in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders of the business towards achieving the Sales Target (ST)
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and Heads of internal Business Units & Departments (if appropriate) to deliver new sales revenues related to Cyber Security
  • When necessary & directed by the Sales Director, to work with organization key partners to ensure that the sales objectives are meet in line with company growth projections.
  • Serve as a primary and/or support bid manager and/or reviewer of all sales proposals to ensure quality of content in line with specific bid requirements & scope. To ensure compliance & competitiveness in line with company policies and business objectives.
  • Strong participation with Industry Practice Leads and the professional service team to lead organizational positioning with existing & prospective clients.
  • To actively participate in bi-weekly Sales planning meetings with the Director of Business Development & Sales team members to support & add value to all aspects of business development, including growth of market share, business planning, marketing, and communication to business partners & clients.
  • When called upon to provide up to date business development reports as requested from time to time by the Sales
  • Carry out all other duties in the area of Business Development as and when requested by the Sales Director.

Education

  • University degree, from a recognized university

 Experience

  • 12-15 years of experience in selling security services to large organizations including Governments, Semi governments and entities. It is mandatory to have Middle east security services selling in Large IT Consultancy services companies.
