The Sales Manager – Corporate is responsible for directing and supervising sales operations to ensure profit maximization and realization of sales targets. Understands the overall market – competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.

 

 

As the Sales Manager – Corporate, we rely on you to,

 

  • Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio, covering all levels of accounts managerial and departmental executives for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity.
  • Establish and maintain files of major accounts and assist Superiors in maintaining the accounts management system
  • Implement all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the sales plan.

Establish and build relations with key corporate houses to generate sales.

Ensure the achievement of sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

Closely monitor all corporate accounts revenue and business.

Visit various corporates to generate Sales leads. 

Establish parameters, quotes, and negotiate prices, confirmed by written contracts

Prepares proposals and contracts for lead inquiries received

Conducts site inspections for group organizers and clients

Assists in closing the best opportunities for the location based on market conditions and location needs.

Established good working relationships with internal customers (other departments) and external customers.

 

What we are Looking For

 

1. Experienced Sales Manager from the MEIA region.

2. Experience with Leading brands of luxury five star hotels

3. Ability to make sales presentations
