Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new business and expand our client base within the B2B sector.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives.
6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
7. Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and senior management.
8. Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
9. Provide regular coaching, training, and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
10. Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
1. 5 to 6 years of UAE Experience in European market is mandatory.
2. 5 Proven track record in business development and sales in professional service industry.
3. Strong networking and relationship-building skills in B2B space.
4. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
5. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
6. Proven track record of successful sales leadership and achievement of sales targets, preferably in the consultancy or professional services industry.
7. Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to lead and inspire a team, as well as work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
10. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
11. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
12. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
13. A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales and business development.
