We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by coordinating sales activities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of events and bookings.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly:
· Assist the sales team in managing daily administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries, processing proposals, and maintaining client databases.
· Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of events and group bookings.
· Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and reports for the sales team.
· Maintain effective communication with clients and ensure their requirements are met throughout the booking process.
· Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing materials.
· Support the sales team with client follow-ups, contract renewals, and general coordination.
What We need from you:
· Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
· Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is also necessary.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related software.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· High attention to detail and a customer-oriented attitude.
