Sales Coordinator

 

Overview

 

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our Project Sales and Marketing team. They will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process by assisting in administrative tasks, data analysis, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals in both English and Arabic.
  • Coordinate client meetings, manage weekly client reports, manage correspondence, and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Run property reports to match client requirements.
  • Liaise between the sales consultants and the social media coordinator on the marketing activities needed for them.
  • Coordinate with the real estate developers in getting the projects information, imagery, prices, and inventory control.
  • Create and preserve an inventory of marketing materials for all projects.
  • Manage the logistics of importing and exporting exhibition materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and project updates using CRM systems.
  • Organize and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and client seminars.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support sales strategies and identify potential opportunities.
  • Monitor sales activity and assist in tracking sales performance metrics.
  • Manage the budget control and reconciliation.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights.
  • Oversee the post event analysis.
  • Build clients data base and analyze them.
  • Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings effectively.
  • Design and develop interactive data dashboards using Power BI or similar software.
  • Ensure the dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with the assignment and client objectives.
  • Enter the database to the CRM and allocate to the sales consultants if requested by the Partner.
  • Use AI tools in data collection when necessary.
  • Perform other tasks delegated by the Director in charge as required.
  • Other tasks as required.

 

Skills and Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of equivalent work experience
  • Understanding of regional business culture and regulations
  • Ability to categorize clients based on cities, position, income, and wealth
  • The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (Knight Frank internal systems)
  • Software: Microsoft Office programs to an advanced/proficient level
  • Language skills: Fluency in English and Arabic, written and verbal. Fluency in other languages is advantageous
  • Travel: Flexible attitude towards travelling
