Key Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Enquiries:
1.Providing Administrative assistance and support to Sales Team.
2.Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high-quality sales presentations
3.Assisting the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation
4.Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to date
5.Preparing Monthly Bookings Report
6.Preparing correspondences to the client
7.Preparing LOI/PO Acknowledgement
8.Preparation and Release of ORF as control copy
9.Handling ISO documents for SME
10.Handling exhibition bookings
11.Handling marketing materials
12.Registering projects and managing project statuses
13.Managing consultant tracker
14.Managing guide specifications
15.Maintain databases, files, and lists, including the address database
16.Organize and record minutes of meetings
17.Regular official organizing of related event co-ordination and organization of related activities
18.Registration of enquiries in Synergy and Estimation software.
19.Registration of Purchase Orders and correspondences related to Sales in Synergy.

Document Submittals:
1.Online Vendor Registration for Oil and Gas Companies.
2.Maintaining tracker for vendor registrations.
3.Registering requests in Synergy and Submittal Manager for Submittals and Pre-qualification documents.
4.Preparing Submittal/Pre-Qualification documents.
5.Drafting the compliance statements.
6.Preparing Compliance statements to project specifications, recording and responding to
7.consultant comments in a timely manner under the review and supervision of the Department Head.
8.Maintaining tracker for consultants and projects.
9.Ensure the inventory of marketing materials.
10.In addition to the above the Employee is expected to complete any other tasks as assigned by his / her Manager

Required Competencies:
1.Bachelor Degree
2.5+ years’ experience, preferably in a similar position in manufacturing company
3.Fluent in English
4.Software Skills: MS Office
