About the Role
Rentokil Initial is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Present and promote Rentokil Initial’s products and services effectively.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
