Safety Culture Coordinator

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a HSEQ discipline.

Knowledge and/or Experience – I

• 8 years’ experience in Operational or Safety within Oil and Gas with 3 years’ safety behavioral experience.
• Previous experience of implementing Safety Culture (IIF), Safety Leadership or Human Performance programs is essential
• Experience in major oil, gas & energy operating or technology companies if highly desired

Job Context & Major Challenge(s)

• Impact the HSE culture and values of Company’s influencing all employees and all its contractors (around 5000 employees and 25,000 contractors). Able to deliver on multiple fronts and dynamically adapt HSE campaigns based on changing trends.
• Influence the work practices of the workforce (contractors) who have little knowledge with Company Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture and safety standards.
• Functionally coordinate the activities of 200 IIF coaches across the Company.
• Would require working onshore and offshore within operational environment.
