- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline cross-functional operations and enhance overall guest experience.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, marketing initiatives, and special events to drive revenue and attract guests.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of F&B colleagues, ensuring consistent service excellence.
- Handle guest feedback, addressing concerns promptly, and taking corrective actions to improve service quality.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement processes to optimize resources and control costs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create effective promotions and packages to boost F&B revenue.
- Maintain effective communication channels within the F&B department and with other relevant hotel departments.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
