We are currently looking for passionate restaurant supervisors for delivering outstanding service and creating a memorable dining experience for the guests. This person will be responsible for ensuring the meal operations in the outlet is smooth and all guests are well taken by the team of trained staff.

 

As a Restaurant Supervisor, we rely on you to 

 

  1. Have a strong understanding of the menu and the way each dish is prepared.
  2. Suggest to guests on Menu selection.
  3. Train all the waiters on menu knowledge and waiter skills.
  4. Supervise the food delivery to the tables.
  5. Ensuring the Shangri-la food safety processes and procedures are followed.
  6. Engaging with guests to take feedback and work on action plans.
  7. Create a good communication link with kitchen staff to ensure the right products comes out quickly.
  8. Ensuring the team is well-groomed before the start of the service.

 

What we’re looking for

 

  1. Great conversational skills for engaging with guests.
  2. Strong English skills
  3. Positive Attitude and willingness to learn.
  4. A Hotel School degree or a diploma would be an added advantage.
  5. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a waiter and 2 years as Supervisor
