Restaurant Operations Analyst

• Preparation of recurring, summarized and structured reports to diagnose the service of allies at KPI level
• Digest the world of data and present it in a very effective and summarized way
• Effective organization of information to provide it to stakeholders 
• Have the ability to identify deviations from KPIs and be able to go into the finest detail to diagnose the root cause of a problem.
• Preparation of strategic and scalable plans to improve the service of the territory’s allies to improve their NPS and their sales
• Weekly contact with Agents, to improve information processes, providing the service they need to improve their execution
• Creation and constant participation in different projects in the area, always seeking continuous improvement of the service
• Visits to physical stores to detect problems. Face-to-face meetings with allies to improve business operations.

Job Requirements

• Careers: Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related careers.
• 1-3 years experience in data analysis, administration, logistics or similar
• Analytical profile
• Consulting experience preferred
• Dynamic, resilient, tolerant of frustration
• Advanced Excel
