Job Purpose:

 

Maintain good relationships with Corporate clients, and assist RMs in keeping successful, optimal business with them

Principal Accountabilities:

Work Management

 

Process renewals and new credit proposals. Process excess and isolated requests for existing customers in timely and professional manner, with minimal involvement from the RM

 

Ensure timely and accurate credit administrations through timely completion of annual reviews and regular monitoring of financials, covenants and other parameters within the review cycle.

 

Proficient dealing with customer queries to provide appropriate solutions to enhance the customer satisfaction levels.

 

Analyse and evaluate information given by the customer such as project reports, feasibility reports, balance sheets, cash flows etc. to structure the credit lines, balancing the risk and reward.

 

Establish good liaison with customers for their day to day banking requirements and professionally manage security documentation requirements.

 

Establish effective and professional communication both internal and external to ensure turnaround time within designated parameters and higher client satisfaction levels.

 

Conduct customer visits, whenever required for business requirements.

Monitor development and progress of Corporate deals and ensure quick action in case of any adverse development.

 

Comply with internal audit requirements in line with the policy guidelines, to ensure high standards of uniformity and consistency across the Bank.

 

Monitor the Early Warning Signs of deterioration of accounts and ensure to keep high quality of assets.

Service and Quality

Professional quality of credit proposals and internal / external communication, in line with the defined policies and procedures.

 

Strong autonomy and ability to work independently of RM.

 

Process excess and isolated requests for existing customers within defined TAT.

 

Proficient dealing with customer queries to provide appropriate solutions to enhance the customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

Education and Experience

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management/Administration

3-4 years of experience of Corporate/Corporate Banking in a capacity of credit analyst / relationship officer with exposure to Corporate Banking in UAE.
