Driving and supervising a list of assigned projects until it is completed.

Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing appropriate corrective actions to ensure projects stay on track.

Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Developing and implementing project management processes, tools, and templates to support effective project execution and governance.

Identify Business Opportunities and Highlight Risks  

Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in healthcare regulations to proactively address compliance challenges and recommend appropriate actions.

Conducting project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and promote continuous learning and development.

Gain & share solid knowledge & awareness of competitors in the market.

SOPs, Reporting and Monitoring 

Create/Ensure that the procedure, rules, regulations, and promulgated laws governing project management are well adhered to

Monitoring and reporting on project performance, including key metrics, milestones, and outcomes, to stakeholders and senior management.

Facilitating communication and coordination between different project teams, departments, and stakeholders to promote collaboration and synergy.

Relations Management      

Engage in the process of responding to regulatory inquiries, including gathering necessary information, preparing documentation, and coordinating responses.

Collaborating with internal departments, such as legal, compliance, quality assurance, and operations, to assess and address regulatory compliance issues.

 

Skills

 

Working experience in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams & Visio.

Strong verbal & written communications Skills (English & Arabic).

Ability to build, develop and maintain positive internal & external relationships.

Excellent negotiation skills and ability to take initiatives.

Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.

Experienced & familiar with corporate, regulatory & compliance work environments.
