Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks on potential candidates.
  • Negotiate and finalize job offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to senior management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent Fluency in both Arabic and English communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to handle team and a team-player.
  • Has GCC background experience with large organization or companies.
  • Has valid Qatar Driving License is a plus
