QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
1. BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCES, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, OR RELATED FIELD.
2. 1-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITMENT OR TALENT ACQUISITION.
3. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN.
4. STRONG NETWORKING ABILITIES TO SOURCE AND ENGAGE WITH CANDIDATES.
5. PROFICIENCY IN TIME MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION.
