Responsibilities

 

  • Post “Invoice” before forwarding to Cost Control
  • Check arithmetic accuracy and invoices.
  • Update the invoice in the system with received items.
  • Inspect the items for accuracy, damages, or defects.
  • Verify quantities and quality of received items against purchase orders.
  • Reports any discrepancies to Cost Controller
  • Organize and maintain the receiving area for easy access and efficient workflow.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum of 1 year’s professional experience in a Receiving Department (previous hospitality experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of JANA Sky system ( preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills including a high level of impact and influence.
  • Candidates must have excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Have an accounting certificate
