How You’ll Make an Impact
- Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Log all activities of EPC contractor by means of daily and weekly reports.
- Participate in progress, construction and HSE meetings/walkdowns
- Support the Project Managers/Contract manager with regards to letters towards the consortium partner, sub-supplier, sub-contractor, and any other stakeholders with relevant site information (photos, emails, reports)
- Writes pro-active and regularly correspondence drafts highlighting all significant and relevant events about EPC activities possibly affecting the overall time schedule
- Monitor construction progress and documents deviations to ensure the best outcomes during claims management.
- Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other relevant documents.
- Advise managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
- Track shipment/material arrivals
- Document changes in design and updating budgets.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Travel to various sites or Siemens Energy offices as-&-when required.
What You Bring
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Civil/or Electrical Engineering.
- Construction estimating or finance experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction processes.
- English and Arabic language skills are mandatory
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
- Great networking abilities
- Valid driver’s license.
