• Contributes input towards the development and implementation of an analytics driven procurement process for continual improvement.
  • Performs oversight and guidance to contractor personnel performing logistics support actions for the RSLFAC.
  • Ensure compliance IAW with customers and contractors supply chain procedures, DCMA, FARs, and DFARs.
  • Assist contract personnel and approved government personnel in resolving problems.
  • Provides guidance regarding established procedures according to directives, quality procedures, work standards and operational policies.
  • Inspects and verifies proper completion and documentation of quality discrepancies.
  • Must be able to lead small groups independently and provide oversite updates to the program and government leadership.
  • Monitor supplier performance, issue supplier corrective actions and recommendations to the program manager for supplier corrections.
  • Work with supply chain to minimize TAT for AOG and other high priority items.
  • Build relationships with industry suppliers.
  • Generate reports and validate accuracy of contract deliverables.
  • Perform other qualified duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school Diploma or Equivalent is Required.
  • ISO 9001, AS9100 or AS9120 QMS Aerospace Standard quality program implementation and management experience desired.
  • (2) Two years’ experience as a Logistics/Supply Chain analyst required.
  • Five (5) years of experience required within the Supply Chain/Logistics fields.
  • Valid Driver’s License is required.
  • Broad working knowledge of aviation logistics, quality control techniques and standards, FAA regulations, and US Army technical publications desired.
  • Exceptional communication skills, leadership abilities, and personnel management skills are required.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must possess or be able to obtain/maintain a US Government “Confidential” Clearance. NOTE: US Citizenship is required to obtain a “Confidential” Clearance.

Additional and Physical Requirements:

  • Able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Access, and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Occasionally lift objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Work may be outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
  • May be exposed to extreme noise from turbine engine aircraft.
  • May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles; may be exposed to electrical shock hazards or work near moving mechanical parts, vehicles, or aircraft.
  • May be required to travel.
